Ten CV layouts and a PDF download come with every account, on A4 or US Letter. Pro removes the caps. Credits add documents. They do not raise the limit of 20 applications, or the 20 match scores each month.
What you are actually paying for
The score is what you need before a job is worth an evening. Free includes 20 a month. Pro does not cap them. The paid work is the writing: a CV pointed at one posting, a letter, or a set of interview questions.
A payment only counts when it is confirmed. The page you land on after checkout does not, by itself, open Pro or add credits.
Before you pay
Can I look at jobs without a card?
Yes. Create an account, confirm your email, and choose Free. Upload the CV and score postings on that plan. Pro and the credit pack are on the same step if you want them now, and again later from the billing page.
Does a credit run out with the month?
No. It stays until you spend it. The three free tailorings and the 20 match scores reset each calendar month.
What if the role is a poor fit?
Leave it in Saved. You do not have to tailor it. A rewrite will not invent the years the posting wants.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page. Credits already spent are not refunded, except where the law says they must be.
What does a contract review cost?
4 credits, or it is included on Pro. Upload an offer letter or employment contract as a PDF or Word file. ApplyDojo checks that it is an employment engagement. If it is not, the review stops and the credits are returned. It is not legal advice.
Do I get anything for inviting someone?
Yes. Open Referral in the sidebar and share the link. You receive 5 credits when they confirm their email, up to 10 confirmed referrals in a month.
Can I give credits to someone else?
Yes. A gift card is £10, £25, or £50, for 20, 50, or 100 credits. We email it after the payment is confirmed. They redeem it on the account for that email, or create the account and then redeem it. The card lasts 12 months. Once redeemed, the credits stay until they are spent.
